Vladimir V. Chukin

In 1992 he graduated from school #96 of Saint-Petersburg and entered the Russian State Hydrometeorological Institute (RHMI). In 1997 he graduated from institute and enrolled in graduate school RHMI. In 2001 he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences on "The radio occultation of the Earth's atmosphere to determine the parameters of atmospheric motions". Since 2006 Associate Professor of Department of Experimental Physics of the Atmosphere at Russian State Hydrometeorological University.
